Acceptable Use Policy

• Malware of any kind — viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, rootkits, cryptominers installed without informed consent, botnet clients, or anything designed to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to a device, network or data.
• Software that hides what it does: undisclosed data collection, installers that bundle unrelated software without clear consent, or updates that change an application into something materially different from what End Users installed.
• Software that impersonates another publisher or product, or is designed to phish or defraud.
• Software you do not have the right to distribute, including cracked, pirated or license-circumventing software.
• Software that facilitates stalking, covert surveillance of another person, or other clearly unlawful activity, or that is illegal where it is distributed.
• Material depicting the sexual abuse of children. We report it to the authorities.

• Attack, probe or overload Omnihorn or other customers, or try to access data or files that are not yours.
• Use Omnihorn as general file hosting or a content-delivery network for things other than your application and its updates.
• Create multiple accounts or workspaces, or use disposable email addresses, to get around plan limits or the free plan.
• Share channel tokens or API keys publicly, or resell access to Omnihorn without our written agreement.
• Use Omnihorn in breach of export-control or sanctions law.

Good-faith security research is welcome. Test only against your own account and apps, do not access other customers’ data, do not degrade the service, and report what you find to legal@unicornfamily.dev before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue researchers who follow these rules.

We do not review Your Content before it is published, but we may scan uploads for malware and we act on reports. Depending on how serious the problem is, we may:

• ask you to fix it;
• revoke a build or installer, so that it is no longer served to End Users;
• suspend the workspace — its apps stop receiving updates, while copies already installed keep the version they have;
• close the account and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Where the situation allows, we tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to support@unicornfamily.dev to contest it.

To report malware, fraud or another breach of this policy, write to legal@unicornfamily.dev with the name of the application, where you obtained it (a link or the installer file name), and what you observed. Reports of malware are handled first.

If you believe software distributed through Omnihorn infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to dmca@unicornfamily.dev containing:

• your name and contact details, and the rights holder you act for;
• the work you believe is infringed;
• the application or build concerned, and where you found it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law;
• a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may disable access to the material and forward the notice to the customer. The customer can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why the material is not infringing, with their contact details, a statement made in good faith, and consent to the jurisdiction relevant to the complaint. We may then restore access unless the complainant tells us they have started legal proceedings. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
