Refund Policy

Last updated: · Version 2026-09-25

How cancellation and refunds work for paid Omnihorn plans. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

1. Try before you pay

The Indie plan is free with no time limit and no card, so you can try the full upload, channel and installer flow before paying for anything.

2. Cancelling

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page of the dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace moves to the free Indie plan.
  • Moving to Indie never deletes anything: your apps, builds and channels stay, and only new uploads and creations that exceed Indie’s limits are blocked.

3. Refunds

  • First purchase. If Omnihorn is not right for you, ask for a full refund of your first payment on a plan within [[PLACEHOLDER: refund window — suggested 14 days for first purchase]] of that payment.
  • Renewals. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, because you can cancel before any renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel — write to us within [[PLACEHOLDER: refund window — suggested 14 days for first purchase]] of the charge and tell us you did not use the paid features in the new period; we will refund it.
  • Partial periods. We do not refund unused time when you cancel mid-period, except where required by law or where we end or materially reduce the service you paid for — then we refund the unused part pro rata.
  • Service problems. If a failure on our side stopped you from using a paid plan for a significant part of a period, write to us and we will make it right, including with a refund where appropriate.
  • Accounts closed for breach. No refund is due when we suspend or close a workspace for serious breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, except where the law requires it.

Consumers in the EU, UK and some other countries may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. Omnihorn is intended for business use; where such a right applies to you anyway, this policy does not limit it.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@unicornfamily.dev from your account email with your workspace name and, if you have it, the order reference or receipt. We reply within a few business days. After a refund, the workspace moves to the Indie plan.

5. Who processes your refund

  • Paid through WayForPay (buyers in Ukraine): we are the seller and issue the refund ourselves to the card you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
  • Paid through Paddle (once available, buyers outside Ukraine): Paddle is the merchant of record and issues refunds, including any tax refund, under its buyer terms. You can ask us or Paddle directly; we will support the request under this policy.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it is almost always faster. We may suspend paid features on a workspace while a chargeback is open.
